The Cyclones are coming into this game having played a brutal conference stretch to this point. Four of their last five games have been against top-25 opponents.

They’re 2-3 overall in that stretch with losses to Baylor, Kansas and Oklahoma. They defeated Texas Tech earlier in the year at home. Iowa State is a conference-best 11-6 ATS this season.

The Red Raiders are 10-7 ATS, the second-best ATS record in the Big 12. Despite an 11-point defeat by Kansas State, they’ve beaten Baylor and Kansas, both top-ten teams, in their last four games.

Both teams have seniors as three of their top four scorers, so there will be a ton of experience on the court, which should bode well for this being a close-fought game.

  2. The Red Raiders are coming off  back-to-back wins after enduring a three-game losing streak. Texas Tech beat Texas Saturday and TCU on Tuesday. Junior G Rasir Bolton is listed as questionable with an ankle injury. Bolton is the Cyclones’ leading scorer (15.4 points per game) and assist man (3.9 per game). ISU’s defense has been improving during the season; TTU’s had been on the decline, but recent games have righted the ship at that end of the floor.
