Japan will meet Mexico in the semifinal of the 2023 World Baseball Classic on Monday night with the winner facing Team USA in the Final tomorrow.
Japan, who remains undefeated in the 2023 WBC, secured their place in the “final four” with a convincing 9-3 win over Italy. Mexico, on the other hand, is playing in the semifinals for the first time in their history after pulling off a nail-biting 5-4 upset victory over Puerto Rico.
This will be a great matchup tonight to see who will play the United States in the WBC Final tomorrow night.
