Notre Dame baseball releases their full schedule along with ‘21 hats

The Notre Dame baseball team has released their full schedule along with their 2021 hats and where to buy them.

As the baseball season rapidly approaches, the Irish had yet to announce their  non-conference schedule. Well, that box has been checked as the full schedule has been released.

This weekend the Irish will swing into the 2021 season with a three game set against Air Force on Friday, Louisiana Tech on Saturday and the road trip finale against LSU on Sunday.

After the opening weekend, they’ll get right into the ACC conference schedule as the team will travel to Wake Forest the following weekend. The first home series is set for the weekend of March 19th against Duke, with a Tuesday tuneup against Valparaiso before another home series against Louisville the following weekend.

As for this years hats, they look absolutely fantastic. You can purchase them using the link below.

Although this will be Link Jarrett’s second year leading the Irish, last year was shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If Notre Dame gets off to a fast start like last year, 11-2, the Jarrett hire will be viewed as a home run.

Many video game fans have embraced stay-at-home orders due to the novel coronavirus by turning to the recently-released “Animal Crossing: New Horizons,” exploring deserted islands while gardening and fishing from the comfort of their own homes. Cognizant of that, the New Orleans Saints released several customized apparel options their fans can use to show their loyalty in-game.

It’s a cool move for something of a niche audience, though the game’s popularity can’t be understated. The game itself is breaking sales records, while its platform (the Nintendo Switch) has been sold-out nationwide, leading Nintendo to scramble in an effort to resupply retailers.

Interested fans with a Nintendo membership can now wear jerseys representing Saints superstars like Drew Brees (using the Design ID “GOAT”), Michael Thomas (“CantGuardMike”), and Cameron Jordan (“CamJordan94”), as well as a Saints hat (“Geaux Saints”). So be sure to log on and represent your Saints fandom.

Saints celebrate division win, but acknowledge ‘The South Is Not Enough’

The New Orleans Saints won their third straight NFC South title, but their celebratory shirts carry a slogan downplaying the accomplishment.

The New Orleans Saints clinched the 2019 NFC South division title in Thursday night’s win over the Atlanta Falcons, earning the playoff berth and celebratory shirts and hats that came with it. It was New Orleans’ third consecutive division win, tying the Carolina Panthers’ run from 2013 to 2015 for the best streak in NFC South history.

But this isn’t new territory for the Saints. They’ve already experienced this regular season success, and they have bigger goals in mind than just a division crown. The playoffs tournament and Super Bowl LIV are where they’re focused, and this year’s slogan illustrates that.

After the game, the Saints debuted new gear celebrating their latest NFC South championship, with a bold new message reading: “The South Is Not Enough.” See them for yourself:
