NASCAR Truck Series team to switch numbers for 2024 season

This NASCAR Truck Series team will switch numbers for the 2024 season. Who is this race team and what is the reason behind the change?

Faction46 announced it would debut in the NASCAR Truck Series during the 2024 season on December 9th. Thad Moffitt will be the full-time driver for the No. 46 truck as Niece Motorsports helps build its entries. However, another organization runs the No. 46 truck as well. [autotag]G2G Racing[/autotag] entered the No. 46 truck into multiple events in 2023, and change is on the horizon.

On December 7th, G2G Racing announced on social media that its trucks will have new numbers during the 2024 NASCAR season. The organization hasn’t accumulated much results so far; however, seeing what numbers are used next will be interesting. As of now, the second entry has been using the No. 47 for select events.

In 2024, it could be logical to make the No. 47 truck its main entry and use the No. 74 truck as its second entry. G2G Racing could also try to use the No. 48 truck as it would be in chronological order. Either way, the Truck Series is undergoing many changes, and it seems like that won’t be slowing down anytime soon.
