On Monday, Alabama offensive lineman Evan Neal and linebacker Shane Lee were named Freshman All-Americans for the 2019 season by the Football Writers Association of America.

Neal started all 13 games at left guard and was part of the Crimson Tide’s offensive line that only allowed 12 sacks in 406 pass attempts.

Lee led all SEC freshman with 86 tackles and tied for third in the league with 6.5 tackles for loss.
