The UCLA Bruins football program lost out on another commit on Thursday. Four-star athlete Dylan Robinson, who had Washington, UCLA, and somebody in his final three, is heading to play for the Huskies, per Chad Simmons of On3.
Robinson revealed why he chose Washington over the others.
“I took two visits up there, and after visiting for the first time in January, it felt like home,” Robinson told On3. “It felt like home for me up there from the beginning. On my official visit, it felt like home again and the place I should be at.”
Robinson also admitted how it went at the other schools: “Each school was great, and I loved all three schools, but my feeling for Washington was a little bit different.”
It’s another recruiting loss for UCLA despite them being a finalist for multiple top players, although that’s certainly a change of pace from the days of Chip Kelly.
