I think we could all use a little laughter right now, and while Bucs tight end Rob Gronkowski is usually the perfect source of that on social media, today, we are going to let Buccaneers Hall of Famer Derrick Brooks handle it.
The legendary Tampa Bay linebacker, who helped deliver the franchise’s one and only championship back in 2002, took to Twitter the other day to post an old school photo of himself that you need to see to believe.
Take a look.

Many fans were hoping the new uniforms the Bucs unveiled back in April would have a more classic creamsicle design like the one Brooks is wearing. No dice (but I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing).
And, if you youngsters out there need a refresher on how great Brooks was, take a look at the video below.
.@DBrooks55's 2002 was one of the best defensive seasons ever:
♦️ AP Defensive Player of the Year
♦️ Four defensive TDs in the regular season, plus another in the Super Bowl
♦️ 117 tackles as an anchor of one of the top defenses in NFL history @Buccaneers pic.twitter.com/UfKcTP4oJK— NFL Throwback (@nflthrowback) April 18, 2019
