Taylor Swift reportedly won’t appear in Deadpool and Wolverine despite fan speculation for a cameo

Taylor Swift fans might want to get a refund on those Deadpool and Wolverine tickets.

While next month’s Deadpool and Wolverine will undoubtedly have plenty of cameos, don’t count on Taylor Swift being one of those.

The pop megastar reportedly won’t have a surprise role in the Marvel film, as confirmed by Entertainment Weekly on Monday. Despite her connections to film star Ryan Reynolds and director Shawn Levy, an anticipated cameo is reportedly not happening.

Fan speculated if Swift might appear as the X-Men character Dazzler in the third Deadpool film, and it’s possible the musician could appear in a future Marvel film in any variety of roles, even if Deadpool and Wolverine is out of the question.

The Deadpool and Wolverine popcorn buckets look exactly how you think they would

I mean, what did you expect?

When Dune: Part Two hit theaters earlier this year, there was a lot of discussion around the bizarrely designed AMC popcorn bucket that attempted to resemble one of the sand worms. Not only were they remarkably hideous, they were also difficult to extract popcorn from.

Naturally, Ryan Reynolds and the folks behind the upcoming Deadpool and Wolverine took it as a challenge and not a lesson. Reynolds teased that they’d have their own popcorn buckets for the July 26 Marvel movie. Well, now we can see them for ourselves.

There are two buckets, one for each main character of the movie. Unsurprisingly, fans will take their salty snack right out of either Wolverine’s or Deadpool’s mouth, which are just giant gaping holes.

Each bucket was teased by the other actor on Twitter on Thursday. Honestly, they’re perfect.
