The Washington Commanders (6-2) meet the New York Giants (2-6) in a Week 9 battle Sunday. Kickoff from MetLife Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (FOX). The Commanders topped the Chicago Bears in dramatic fashion in Week 8, winning 18-15 on a 52-yard Hail Mary from rookie QB Jayden Daniels to WR Noah Brown as time expired. The Bears went ahead 15-12 with 25 seconds left in regulation, but Daniels and the Commanders were able to pull off the miracle win.

The Giants put up a good fight in Pittsburgh Monday night in Week 8, but eventually lost 26-18. The Steelers were able to cover as 6-point favorites, handing the Giants a third straight loss and non-cover. It was a rare Over (37.5) result, too, as the Under had been 6-1 for the G-Men.

The Commanders beat the Atlanta Falcons 24-16 on Sunday to cover as a 1.5-point road underdog. QB Sam Howell went 14 of 23 for 151 yards with 3 TDs. His top target was WR Terry McLaurin, who 6 receptions for 81 yards but it was WR Curtis Samuel (4, 42, 1), RB Brian Robinson Jr. (2, 25, 1), and RB Antonio Gibson (1, 1, 1) who caught the TDs.

The Giants fell 14-9 to the Buffalo Bills while covering as 15-point road underdogs. QB Tyrod Taylor started and went 24 of 36 for 200 yards. RB Saquon Barkley had 24 carries for 93 yards. New York led 6-0 at halftime and 9-7 midway into the 4th quarter, but its offense could not find the end zone to capitalize on its defensive performance to pull off the upset.
