The Commanders beat the Atlanta Falcons 24-16 on Sunday to cover as a 1.5-point road underdog. QB Sam Howell went 14 of 23 for 151 yards with 3 TDs. His top target was WR Terry McLaurin, who 6 receptions for 81 yards but it was WR Curtis Samuel (4, 42, 1), RB Brian Robinson Jr. (2, 25, 1), and RB Antonio Gibson (1, 1, 1) who caught the TDs.

The Giants fell 14-9 to the Buffalo Bills while covering as 15-point road underdogs. QB Tyrod Taylor started and went 24 of 36 for 200 yards. RB Saquon Barkley had 24 carries for 93 yards. New York led 6-0 at halftime and 9-7 midway into the 4th quarter, but its offense could not find the end zone to capitalize on its defensive performance to pull off the upset.
