We have the first 2020 College Football Playoffs rankings set to be released on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. ET. As we all know there was a lot of uncertainty around having a college football season at all so to have our first selection show of the season should definitely be celebrated.

This year’s process will be different due to conferences having to delay their schedules. This will be the first of 4 rankings with the 5th and final release to be held on Sunday, Dec. 20 that will decide the top four teams in the playoffs.

The placement will be interesting, being that some teams have played as many as eight games while teams like Ohio State and Oregon have played only three and four games respectively.
