Michigan State football is joining the mix for one of the top interior offensive lineman in the 2023 class.
The Spartans have extended a scholarship offer to four-star offensive lineman Clay Wedin of Tampa, Fla. Wedin announced the scholarship offer from the Spartans via Twitter on Wednesday.
Wedin is ranked as the No. 12 interior offensive lineman and No. 236 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2023 class.
Michigan State joins a number of big-time schools that have expressed interest in Wedin. He’s received scholarship offers from 25 schools, including Alabama, Arizona State, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Miami (FL), Michigan, Ohio State and Penn State.
