Even if Williams plays, he may not be 100%, and that could loom large. The Bengals are healthy and coming off a bye. QB Joe Burrow suffered from a calf strain in the preseason which lingered and impacted his ability. He had the 2nd-most touchdowns last season and has just 7 through 6 games. Expect his health to propel the Bengals here.
