Tom Brady knows how dangerous he and Chris Godwin can be

Buccaneers QB Tom Brady let fans on Twitter know what he and Chris Godwin can accomplish this season.

Tampa Bay wide receiver Chris Godwin graciously handed over his No. 12 Bucs jersey to Tom Brady this offseason after TB12 decided to make the Buccaneers his new team.

The six-time Super Bowl champion looks great in his Bucs threads, as does Godwin, who will switch over to No. 14 this season. Brady will already be looking Godwin’s way in 2020, especially after the former Penn State star had a breakout season in 2019, with career highs in receptions (86), receiving yards (1,333) and touchdowns (nine). But the former Patriots quarterback seems to already know what his connection to Godwin will mean this season.

Take a look at this video the Bucs tweeted out, followed by TB12’s response.

Why Tom Brady should be looking Chris Godwin’s way next season

If Bucs QB Tom Brady wants a surefire way to complete a pass next season, throwing to Chris Godwin is a good idea.

Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady will still be able to use his TB12 nickname this season thanks to to new teammate Chris Godwin, who gifted Brady his No. 12 jersey shortly after the quarterback signed with Tampa Bay.

Godwin will wear No. 14 this season, but the Bucs are hoping a change in number doesn’t mean a change in performance from the Pro Bowl receiver. Godwin finished 2019 with career highs across the board with 86 receptions for 1,333 yards and nine touchdowns. The Bucs are hoping Godwin’s evolution continues in 2020 now that Brady’s aboard.

And, if Brady wants a surefire way to complete a pass this season, he should look Godwin’s way early and often.

Take a look.

Fantasy football players are certainly hoping the Brady-Godwin relationship pans out.
