It’s no secret that the Tennessee Titans aren’t exactly stacked with an arsenal of weapons on the offensive side of the ball ahead of the 2023 campaign. In fact, it’s safe to say that Tennessee’s wide receivers room is universally considered a bottom-five group as currently constructed.

Tennessee will be relying heavily on Treylon Burks, but an injury and/or disappointing season from the second-year pro will amount to a disastrous campaign at the position once again.

Most people expect Burks to take a big step forward in Year 2, but even if he’s phenomenal he’s still going to need a worthy sidekick out wide who is at least capable of occasionally relieving him from carrying the entire load.

Taking everything into account with Tennessee’s offense as a whole, it’s not a real surprise that fantasy football experts aren’t high on the Titans going into 2023.

An example of this comes from ESPN’s Field Yates, who ranked just one Titan — running back Derrick Henry — on his top-100 PPR rankings for next season.

Henry, who figures to once again be heavily featured in a Titans offense that should revolve around his skillset, came in as the No. 13 overall player and No. 7 overall running back on Yates’ list.

One can make an argument that budding young stars such as Burks and Chig Okonkwo should crack the list.

But at the end of the day, there are way too many variables and unknowns within this offense to give anybody but Henry the full benefit of the doubt, especially when it comes to fantasy football.
