Las Vegas Aces at Chicago Sky odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Thursday’s Las Vegas Aces at Chicago Sky odds and lines, with WNBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Las Vegas Aces (8-6) and Chicago Sky (6-9) meet Thursday at Wintrust Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET (Prime Video). Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Aces vs. Sky odds, and make our expert WNBA picks and predictions.

Season series: First meeting; Aces went 5-0 vs. Sky last year — 3-0 in regular season and 2-0 in playoffs

The Aces picked up a pair of home wins prior to the Commissioner’s Cup title game break, building some confidence. Las Vegas topped the Seattle Storm 94-83 as a 6.5-point favorite as the Over (173) cashed June 19, before upending the Connecticut Sun 85-74 to cover as a 5-point favorite with the Under (165.5) hitting Friday.

Aces superstar C A’ja Wilson was good for 26 points and 16 rebounds in the win over the Sun. The South Carolina product leads the W in points (27.8) and rebounds (11.6) per game, while ranking 2nd in blocks (2.4) per game. She also averages 2.5 assists and 1.9 steals.

After a 1-4 straight-up (SU) skid, and 0-5 against the spread (ATS) drought, the Aces have won and covered back-to-back games for the first time since May 25-29.

The Sky nipped the Indiana Fever 88-87 Sunday in their most recent game. However, Chicago failed to cover as a 1.5-point home favorite with the Over (169.5) cashing. Rookie F Angel Reese scored a career-high 25 points to go along with 16 rebounds as the Sky rallied from a 15-point deficit late in the 3rd quarter. It was Reese’s 8th consecutive double-double, a WNBA rookie record. G Chennedy Carter chimed in with 23 points, 5 assists and 2 boards.

It was the 1st time since Chicago won back-to-back games since the 2nd and 3rd games of the season. But the Sky are just 1-5 ATS in the past 6 games, and 2-7 ATS across the previous 9.

Aces at Sky picks and predictions

Prediction

Aces 94, Sky 85

Moneyline

Las Vegas (-590) will cost nearly 6 times the potential return, and that’s way too much risk for not nearly enough reward, either as a standalone bet or part of a multi-leg parlay.

Over the long term, betting such heavy favorites is a losing strategy, and therefore not recommended.

PASS.

Against the spread

Back CHICAGO +10 (-110) catching double digits at home, although know that it is likely going to be a close shave.

Las Vegas has looked more like itself lately, but it still is only coming off back-to-back wins and covers at home. On the road, the Aces are just 1-3 ATS in the past 4 tries. So, until they start ticking off covers on the road, fade them.

Also, as a double-digit favorite, Las Vegas is 1-4 ATS in 5 tries this season, while Chicago not only covered its only previous game as a double-digit underdog, but it also won outright 90-81 at the New York Liberty May 23.

Over/Under

OVER 170.5 (-112) might be the best play on the board.

The Aces offense managed 89.5 point per game (PPG) across their modest 2-game resurgence, and the Aces have scored 85 or more points in 5 of their past 6 outings. The Over is 4-2 in that 6-game span, too. In addition, Las Vegas has conceded 90 or more points in 4 of the past 6 games.

The Sky have cashed high on the total in 5 of the past 6 games, as the offense has also produced 80 or more points in 5 of the previous 6 outings. The defense is still rather giving, too, allowing 83 or more points in 5 of the previous 6 contests.

Indiana Fever at Chicago Sky odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Sunday’s Indiana Fever at Chicago Sky odds and lines, with WNBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Indiana Fever (7-10) and Chicago Sky (5-9) meet Sunday at Wintrust Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 4 p.m. ET (ESPN). Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Fever vs. Sky odds, and make our expert WNBA picks and predictions.

Season series: Fever lead 2-0

The Fever have started to piece things together after a 1-8 straight up (SU) start. Indiana has won and covered 4 straight, with the offense going for 88 or more points in each of those contests. The Over is on a 4-0 run as a result.

That win streak includes a 91-83 win over the Sky on June 16 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, as the Fever covered a 2.5-point spread while the Over (168.5) connected.

Indiana shot a blistering 56.5% (35-of-62) in that most recent win over Chicago, while hitting 44.4% (8-of-18) from downtown. The free-throw shooting still needs work, as the Fever was just 68.4% (13-of-19) from the charity stripe.

Indiana had 11 blocked shots, though, including 5 from Aliyah Boston. Meanwhile, Caitlin Clark had 23 points on 7-of-11 shooting, while posting 9 assists, 8 rebounds and 2 blocked shots with 3 triples.

Chicago’s Angel Reese had 11 points and 13 rebounds in a losing effort, while fellow rookie Kamilla Cardoso also had a double-double (10 points,  10 rebounds). Reese ripped down a career-high 18 rebounds in Thursday’s win over the Dallas Wings to set a WNBA rookie record.

Fever at Sky picks and predictions

Prediction

Fever 87, Sky 84

Moneyline

Indiana (-118) hits the road as a favorite for this battle against Chicago (-104) after having won the 1st 2 installments of this budding rivalry. To be fair, both meetings were in Indianapolis.

The Fever put it on the Sky in the most recent meeting last Sunday afternoon, dropping 91 on Chicago, the most points an opponent has scored against the Sky this season.

Look for Clark and her Fever teammates to remain perfect on the season against the Sky. But PASS and bet the moneyline which offers a better price on the Fever.

Against the spread

Bet INDIANA -1 (-112) for all the above reasons at a slightly cheaper price than the moneyline.

Play our free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under

OVER 169.5 (-110) is a decent play in this matinee game in Chitown, but be careful, as we could get a sluggish start before the offense picks up.

The 1st meeting saw a combined 141 points, and that defense came in a game Cardoso was still making her way back from a shoulder injury. The Over-Under is 1-1 in the 2 meetings, both in Indy, so far this season.

The Over has cashed in 4 of the past 5 games for the Sky, while hitting in 4 straight for the Fever.

This is the highest total for Chicago this season. In 2 previous games with a total of 168.5, including the most recent game against Indiana, the Over hit both times.

As far as Indiana is concerned, in games with a total of 167 or higher, the Over is 7-1 in the past 8 tries.

Chicago Sky at Indiana Fever odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Sunday’s Chicago Sky at Indiana Fever odds and lines, with WNBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Chicago Sky (4-8) and Indiana Fever (4-10) meet Sunday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Tip-off is scheduled for noon ET (Prime Video). Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Sky vs. Fever odds, and make our expert WNBA picks and predictions.

Season series: Fever lead 1-0

The Sky have dropped a season-high 3 straight games, and 2 of those losses were at home. A lack of defense has been the issue, as Chicago has given up at least 83 points in each of the games, for 85.0 points per game (PPG). It’s no surprise the Over is on a 3-0 run during the stretch.

The Chicago offense has done its part, going for at least 75 points in 5 straight outings. Rookie Angel Reese had 10 points and a career-high 14 rebounds in an 83-81 loss at the Washington Mystics last time out on Friday. She has 10 or more rebounds in 6 straight games, while posting 5 straight double-doubles.

The Fever picked up the pace in the Commissioner’s Cup, going 3-2 in the 5 games from June 1-13. They kicked off the solid run with a 71-70 win over the Sky in Indianapolis on June 1, winning as a 1.5-point underdog as the Under (168) cashed.

Rookie Caitlin Clark managed to score 11 points with 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 turnovers with a pair of 3-pointers in the 1st head-to-head matchup with her college nemesis Reese. That was also the same game as the Chennedy Carter controversy, when she intentionally hip-checked Clark. Anyway, get your popcorn!

Sky at Fever picks and predictions

Prediction

Fever 85, Sky 81

Moneyline

INDIANA (-130) has picked up the pace after a super slow start. After a disastrous game at Connecticut, when coach Christie Sides benched her starters for most of the 2nd half, the team responded well against the Atlanta Dream at home last time out on Thursday.

When the Fever stop playing hero ball, and work together, this is a team with some potential. Clark cannot do it all on her own, but she tries sometimes, but doesn’t have to. There are players more than capable, and lately it has showed.

Aliyah Boston went off for 27 points and 13 rebounds on 12-of-21 shooting against the Mystics, while Kelsey Mitchell was good for 24 points, including 3 triples, in the win. If the team can get secondary and tertiary scoring, not only can Indiana top Chicago, but it could make some noise in the East.

Against the spread

INDIANA -2 (-110) is a better value laying the little bit of points. Yes, last time these teams played, Clark and the Fever won by just a single point. But Chicago +2 (-110) has had some trouble defensively, and Indiana is playing with a little extra lately. Look for the Fever to grab the cover.

Play our free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under

OVER 165.5 (-110) is the lean, but go with a half-unit play at most. Conviction is not terribly high, as these teams combined for just 141 points in the first meeting.

However, the lean is high based on Chicago’s lack of defense lately. Indiana has hit the Over in 4 in a row, and 7 of the past 8. In fact, the only Under during that 8-game span was against the Sky.

Connecticut Sun at Chicago Sky odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Wednesday’s Connecticut Sun at Chicago Sky odds and lines, with WNBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Connecticut Sun (10-1) and Chicago Sky (4-6) meet Wednesday in a Commissioner’s Cup game at Wintrust Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Sun vs. Sky odds, and make our expert WNBA picks and predictions.

Season series: Sun lead 1-0

The Sun spanked the Indiana Fever 89-72 Monday, covering as 10-point home favorites with the Over (159.5) cashing. It was a nice bounceback for Connecticut, which suffered its 1st loss of the season Saturday against the visiting New York Liberty 82-75. The Sun were 2.5-point underdogs in that setback as the Liberty entered 9-2 — and are now 11-2 after a win Sunday.

Back to Connecticut. It opened the season 1-4 against the spread (ATS) but is 4-2 ATS in the past 6 games. As far as the total, it’s been a series of runs. The Over was 4-0 in 4 games from May 17-25, followed by a 4-0 Under run from May 28-June 4. The Over has connected in the previous 2 games.

The Sky already have a home loss to the Sun this season, falling 86-82 at Wintrust Arena May 25. Though the Sky covered as 5-point underdogs with the Over (160) hitting.

Chicago has dropped 3 of the past 4 games, while also going 1-3 ATS in the span. The Under is on a 5-1 run, although the Over cashed last time out in an 89-80 home loss to the Atlanta Dream Saturday.

Rookie F Angel Reese posted 13 points and 13 rebounds in the loss to Atlanta, which covered as a 1-point favorite. Reese has 3 consecutive double-doubles, posting 10 or more boards in 4 in a row, and in 5 of the past 6 outings.

Sun at Sky picks and predictions

Prediction

Sun 80, Sky 71

Moneyline

Connecticut (-325) will set you back 3.25 times, which is way too much risk for not enough reward.

Even if you were to include the Sun in a multi-team parlay, it would suck all of the value out of your ticket.

AVOID and focus on the spread.

Against the spread

CHICAGO +7 (-108) is worth a look catching more than 3 buckets at home.

The Sky already covered once in a similar situation back on May 25, losing 86-82 at home to Connecticut, while Chicago covered as a 5-point underdog.

Backing the Sky are risky, though, going just 1-3 ATS in the past 4 games, and 1-3 ATS in the past 4 outings at home, too.

The Sun are 3-1 ATS in the past 4 games, too, but they’re 1-2 ATS in 3 road games, including the already-mentioned non-cover at the Sky.

Over/Under

UNDER 154 (-114) is worth playing lightly in this Commissioner’s Cup battle. Go with a half-unit play at most.

The Sun have cashed Unders in 4 of the past 6 games, while the Sky are on a 5-1 Under run in their past 6 games.

Go lightly, though, as these teams combined for 168 points in the 1st meeting, back in Chitown May 25.

New York Liberty at Chicago Sky odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Tuesday’s New York Liberty at Chicago Sky odds and lines, with WNBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The New York Liberty (7-2) and Chicago Sky (3-4) meet Tuesday in a Commissioner’s Cup game at Wintrust Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET (NBA TV). Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Liberty vs. Sky odds, and make our expert WNBA picks and predictions.

Season series: Sky lead 1-0

The Liberty head to Chicago looking to avenge a 90-81 home loss to the Sky back on May 23. Chicago won that game as a 16.5-point underdog as the Over (168.5) cashed. The Sky lead 5-4 in the past 9 meetings, with Chicago holding a 5-2 against the spread (ATS) advantage in the past 7 in the series.

The Liberty hit the road after winning the past 3 games at home. New York’s 104-68 against Indiana last time out on Sunday helped the Liberty cash as 14.5-point favorites, snapping an 0-6 ATS skid. The Over has cashed in back-to-back games for the Liberty for the 1st time this season. The Over has a 5-4 edge in the past 9 contests.

Since that giant upset at Barclays, the Sky has dropped 3 of the past 4 games, including a 71-70 loss to the Indiana Fever on Saturday afternoon as a 1.5-point underdog as the Under (168) connected. The total has gone low in 3 straight outings.

Liberty at Sky odds

  • Over/Under (O/U): 164.5 (O: -112 | U: -108)

Liberty at Sky picks and predictions

Prediction

Liberty 86, Sky 75

Moneyline

New York (-320) will cost you more than 3 times your potential return. Not only is that risky business for a standalone bet, but it’s an even worse idea betting such a strong favorite on the road.

Chicago (+245), however, cannot be trusted, either, as it is coming off a road loss to the lowly Indiana Fever, giving Caitlin Clark and company just their 2nd overall victory, and 1st at home.

AVOID and look to the spread instead.

Against the spread

NEW YORK -7 (-110) is a much better play laying the points on the road.

Again, Chicago +7 (-110) lost to a 2-win Indiana team last time out, and it is just 1-3 SU in the past 4 games, and 1-2 ATS in the past 3 outings.

The Liberty cashed last time out to snap an 0-6 ATS skid, also against the Fever, but New York is 1-1 ATS this season as a single-digit favorite, both on the road.

Play our free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under

UNDER 164.5 (-108) is worth a look in Tuesday’s battle.

While the Over has cashed in the past 2 games for the Liberty, the Under has hit in the past 2 outings on the road.

The Under has hit in the past 3 outings for the Sky, with the offense going for 73.7 points per game (PPG), while also allowing 73.7 PPG in the span.

Chicago Sky at Indiana Fever odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Chicago Sky at Indiana Fever odds and lines, with WNBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Chicago Sky (3-3) and Indiana Fever (1-8) meet Saturday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Tip-off is scheduled for noon ET (ESPN). Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Sky vs. Fever odds, and make our expert WNBA picks and predictions.

Season series: First meeting; Sky won 3-1

The Sky picked up an 83-73 win over the LA Sparks at Wintrust Arena Thursday, covering as 4.5-point home favorites with the Under (159.5) connecting. G Marina Mabrey went for a team-best 20 points with 7 assists and 7 rebounds, including 6 3-pointers, while rookie F Angel Reese chipped in 6 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals in 25 minutes before fouling out.

Chicago is 1-2 straight up (SU) in its last 3 outings, but the Sky have covered 4 of their past 5 contests. The Under has connected in their past 2 outings. The Sky have covered their past 2 road games, and they covered in their only previous game as favorites. The Over is 2-1 in their 3 road games.

The Fever were tripped up 103-88 at home against the Seattle Storm Thursday, failing as 5.5-point underdogs and the Over (168) cashing. Indiana has lost 3 in a row since its lone win at Los Angeles May 24, and it is 0-3 against the spread (ATS) in the past 3 games since a 4-0 ATS run.

Indiana will be without C Temi Fagbenle for at least 2 more weeks due to a foot injury, while F Damiris Dantas (knee) and G Erica Wheeler (personal) carry questionable tags into Saturday’s game.

Caitlin Clark, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, went for 20 points, 9 assists and 3 rebounds with a blocked shot, 3 3-pointers and 7 turnovers in the loss to the Storm.

Obviously, all eyes will be on Clark vs. Reese in their 1st head-to-head battle since Iowa dispatched LSU 94-87 in the NCAA Tournament in the Elite 8 round.

  • Over/Under (O/U): 166 (O: -110 | U: -110)

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3012″ ]

Sky at Fever picks and predictions

Prediction

Sky 89, Fever 79

Moneyline

CHICAGO (-160) is a solid play as a decent favorite. The Sky have been playing much better basketball to date, and Mabrey has taken a lot of the pressure off of Reese as a veteran presence. For Indiana (+128), Clark has some decent veterans surrounding her, too, but she is the No. 1 scoring option, so it’s been a slightly rocky transition at times.

Against the spread

CHICAGO -3 (-110) is an even better value if you don’t mind laying the little bit of points. Do not play both the moneyline and point spread for more than 1½ combined UNITS as we’re not looking to double dip here.

For the Sky, they covered as a 4.5-point favorites last time out, their 1st time laying points this season. Chicago is 4-1 ATS in the past 5 outings, too, including 2-0 ATS in the past 2 on the road.

Indiana lost Fagbenle, a big part of the frontcourt, and the Fever weren’t all that deep to begin with. Wheeler’s status for Saturday is unknown, too.

The Fever are a little shorthanded, and that’s good news for Reese and the Sky, although this should be an exciting game throughout.

Play our free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under

OVER 166 (-110) is the lean, but go with a half-unit play at most.

While the Under has cashed in each of the past 2 games for the Sky, including the only game as favorites so far, the Over is 2-1 in their first 3 road games.

Plus, Indiana has seen the total go Over in 3 straight, and 6 of its past 7 games, while allowing 88 or more points in 3 in a row, and 7 of the past 9 contests.

The LA Sparks (2-4) and Chicago Sky (2-3) meet Thursday at Wintrust Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Sparks vs. Sky odds, and make our expert WNBA picks and predictions.

Season series: First meeting; Sky won 3-1 in 2023

The Sparks earned an 88-82 win as 5.5-point road underdogs Tuesday against Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever as the Over (165.5) cashed. It was a rare cover, as the Sparks entered 1-3-1 against the spread (ATS) in the first 5 outings. The Over has cashed in 2 in a row for LA, and 4 of 6 to date.

Cameron Brink, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, is averaging 9.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.2 steals per game. The Stanford product has picked up the pace in the past 3 games with 13.0 PPG, and she has 2 or more blocks in 6 straight outings.

The Sky suffered a 77-68 loss at home against the Seattle Storm Tuesday, failing to cover as 2-point underdogs as the Under (164) connected. Chicago is 0-2 straight up (SU) and 1-1 ATS in its 2 home games. The non-cover against Seattle snapped a 3-0 ATS run.

Angel Reese, the No. 7 pick in the draft, posted her first double-double, finishing with 11 points and a career-high 12 rebounds against the Storm Tuesday. She has 11 or more points in all 7 of her games, while adding at least 5 rebounds and 1 steal in each game.

The Sky (-200) will cost 2 times the potential return, which is a little too much risk on a team which is winless in 2 home games to date.

The Sparks (+160) can’t be trusted either. However they did top the Fever last time out. While Los Angeles has 2 victories in the past 4 games, those wins have come against teams with a combined 1-14 record.

PASS and look to the spread instead.

Against the spread

CHICAGO -4.5 (-110) is a strong play on its home court as it should be able to get it done against Los Angeles, a team which is 2-0 ATS on the road, but 0-2 ATS as an underdog of 5 points or less.

This is the 1st time the Sky have been favored this season. Chicago had its way with LA last season, winning and covering the final 3 meetings.

Over/Under

UNDER 162.5 (-110) is the lean. Go with a half-unit play at most.

The total went Under in Chicago’s most recent outing, the loss to Seattle, and the Under is 2-1 in 3 games against Western Conference teams.

For the Sparks, the Under is 2-1 in the past 3 tries against Eastern Conference opponents, too.

Storm at Sky picks and predictions

Prediction

Sky 85, Storm 82

Moneyline

CHICAGO (+135) is worth playing at home as a slight underdog.

Chicago played well on its home floor in the home opener, albeit in a loss to unbeaten Connecticut (5-0). The Sky took the Sum to the mat, falling 86-82 in the closing minutes. This Chicago team showed it can beat anyone when it shocked the Liberty at Barclays Center last week. The Sky should be able to win a battle of .500 teams Tuesday.

Against the spread

Chicago +3.5 (-115) is a good play if you’re a little more of a conservative bettor and can’t bring yourself to back the home team straight up.

As mentioned, the Sky have covered the past 3 games — all as underdogs, On the flip side, the Storm are just 2-3 ATS in 5 games as favorites.

Over/Under

OVER 165.5 (-115) is the lean, but go with a half-unit play at most.

Analyzing Saturday’s Connecticut Sun at Chicago Sky odds and lines, with WNBA expert picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Connecticut Sun (4-0) and Chicago Sky (2-1) meet Saturday at Wintrust Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET (CBS Sports Network). Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Sun vs. Sky odds, and make our expert WNBA picks and predictions.

Season series: First meeting; Sun won 3-1 in 2023

The Sun are a perfect 4-for-4 so far, while posting 83 or more points in each game. However, after covering as 6.5-point favorites on opening night — a 92-71 home victory vs. the Indiana Fever May 14 — the Sun failed to cover in their next 3 outings — all wins. Connecticut has allowed 77 or more points in each of the past 3 games, too, with the Over cashing in each outing.

The Sky suffered an 87-79 loss at the Dallas Wings May 15 in their opener. However, Chicago won its next 2 games. The Sky posted an 83-74 win as 4.5-point underdogs in the 2nd end of a back-to-back vs. the Wings May 18, and won 90-81 as 16.5-point dogs Thursday in New York against the previously unbeaten Liberty.

Sun at Sky picks and predictions

Prediction

Sun 83, Sky 79

Moneyline

The Sun (-290) will cost nearly 3 times your potential return, and that’s way too risky for not enough reward. The Sky (+225) are coming in hot after upsetting the Liberty on their floor Thursday night, and expectations are, yep, sky-high.

PASS and look to the spread instead.

Against the spread

CHICAGO +6 (-108) is worth playing in its home opener in front of what could be a spirited crowd.

The Sky should be confident after picking up an impressive win against the previously unbeaten Liberty at Barclays Center. So, playing against the undefeated Sun won’t likely faze Reese and her teammates.

Expect a close game, and it wouldn’t be shocking to see Chicago get the W outright.

Play our free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under

OVER 157.5 (-112) is a solid play.

The Over has cashed in 2 of 3 games for Chicago so far. The Sky posted a season-high 90 points Thursday in New York. They are starting to gain confidence as the season gets going, especially on the offensive end.

After hitting the Under (166.5) hit in the opener against star rookie Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever, the Sun have rattled off 3 straight Over results.

Connecticut has scored 83 or more points in each of its 4 games, while coughing up 77 or more points in the past 3 outings.

Sky at Liberty picks and predictions

Prediction

Liberty 86, Sky 77

Moneyline

The Liberty (-2000) will cost 20 times your potential return, and there is never any reason to bet such a heavy favorite, either as a standalone wager or as part of a multi-part parlay.

PASS and look to the spread instead.

Against the spread

CHICAGO +15.5 (-110) is worth a look catching more than 7 buckets.

New York -15.5 (-110) is unbeaten in 4 games, but it is just 1-3 ATS, including 0-3 in 3 tries as a double-digit favorite.

Chicago is a good bet to keep it close, perhaps even within single digits, in Reese’s first trip to Gotham.

Over/Under

UNDER 165.5 (-110) is the lean, but go with a half-unit at most.

While New York leads the WNBA with a 45.8% field-goal percentage, it also ranks 1st in the league with just 72.3 PPG allowed, while holding teams to 38.2% from the field.

While it’s a small sample size, Chicago hit just 23.7% from behind the 3-point line in the 2 games in Dallas, while allowing just 80.5 PPG.

Go lightly on the Under.
