Kyler Murray not only Cardinals player to get hurt vs. Patriots

Kyler Murray was not the only player to get hurt for Arizona Monday night.

The Arizona Cardinals lost on Monday night 27-13 to the New England Patriots, but that wasn’t the biggest story.

The biggest story of the game was the non-contact knee injury that Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray sustained on the third play of the game, which is expected to end his season.

But Murray wasn’t the only key player to get hurt in the loss.

Broncos’ Russell Wilson exits game with concussion vs. Chiefs

The Cardinals face the Broncos next week and Wilson might miss the game as he is in league concussion protocols.

The Arizona Cardinals’ Week 15 opponent are the Denver Broncos. Their starting quarterback, Russell Wilson, could miss the game.

Wilson exited the Broncos’ 34-28 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the fourth quarter with a concussion and did not return.

The Cardinals face the Broncos on Sunday in Week 18 in Denver.

Wilson is now in league concussion protocols, which could put his availability for the game against the Cardinals in doubt.

If Wilson is unable to play, the Cardinals would face Brett Rypien.
