LeBron James was hyping up his son Bryce’s post moves on Sunday

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James was hyping up the play of his youngest son Bryce last season.

While Bronny James, as LeBron’s eldest son, generates a great deal of hype with his play on the court and the packed gyms that used to follow his teams before the pandemic hit, LeBron’s youngest son also has some skills. On Sunday, the folks at SLAM posted a video of Bryce Maximus James doing work on the court, including some slick post moves. While his Dad has developed a game in the post but Bronny is showing some Kevin McHale like footwork at a very young age, which his Dad is hyping up as “only the beginning.” Bryce is 13 years old and his skills extend beyond the incredible impersonation of his father.

It’s unclear what will happen with high school sports across the country but Sierra Canyon does have some games scheduled for this fall already, including a marquee matchup against No. 1 ranked recruit Emoni Bates in Dallas, Texas. The matchup is part of a tournament put on by Lakers guard Danny Green.

Savannah James shares hilarious LeBron impersonation from son Bryce

Nobody does a better job of impersonating LeBron James than his son Bryce Maximus.

We always knew that LeBron James has a sense of humor, but now we also know the apple clearly doesn’t fall far from the tree. We haven’t heard a ton from LeBron James outside of his media availabilities and performance in scrimmages since he went to the bubble, but it’s the first time in months that James will be away from his wife and kids. But just in case they miss LeBron while he’s at the bubble, the greatest LeBron impersonator there isn’t too far away, LeBron’s son Bryce Maximus.

On Saturday night, Savannah James shared the pure greatness of their son Bryce’s impersonation of LeBron, which was so good his older brother Bronny could hardly hold it together in the video, while Savannah said she was “in literal tears.”

This is the first summer in quite some time that the James kids are not traveling around the country playing youth basketball, which is quite understandable given the pandemic, but Bryce has clearly had time to work on his LeBron impersonation and for that, we’re very thankful.

LeBron on son Bryce’s 13th birthday: ‘Where is the time going?’

LeBron James wished his youngest son Bryce Maximus a happy 13th birthday and expressed how special he is.

While NBA observers are wondering what LeBron James thinks about the resistance to resuming the NBA season from fellow players Kyrie Irving and his Lakers teammate Dwight Howard among others, Sunday wasn’t a day for James to wade into any of that chatter, publicly anyway, because it was much more important day for him: the 13th birthday of his youngest son Bryce Maximus.

On Sunday, James expressed his pride for Bryce and also his disbelief that along with Bronny, LeBron is a father to two teenagers. He shared photos of Bryce throughout the years in his dedication post, in which he encouraged his son to continue being himself.

LeBron James says spending 24/7 time with family is ‘a blessing’

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James told reporters on Wednesday that he’s glad he gets to spend so much time with his family.

Among the ways in which LeBron James is spending his time, between putting himself through rigorous workouts in his home gym or joining his kids on TikTok, one of the things that James has been working on, he told reporters in a Zoom conference call on Wednesday, is expressing gratitude for what he has in his life while also increasing his meditation practice, according to our own Mark Medina of USA TODAY.

To keep himself inspired, James has adhered to a strict routine. He goes to sleep using the Calm App, which plays uplifting stories and inspiring music. He wakes up feeling invigorated because he sees his sons (Bronny, Bryce) and daughter (Zhuri) have what he calls “a positive mindframe.” After eating, practice and training, James has kept himself engaged in other ways. He will meditate for 10-minute intervals. He will complete breathing exercises. He will express gratitude for his various accomplishments and fortunes. He then enjoys free time with his loved ones.

“It’s definitely been a bit of a blessing to be able to be here 24/7 and be here with your family,” James said. “And being able to – I don’t want to say ‘recoup’ the time, because that’s one thing you cannot do. Time waits for no man and you can’t do that. But to be able to appreciate it and be in this moment, it’s been pretty cool. Even though I’ve missed the game of basketball like none other.”

During a time where it’s hard for people to take themselves out of their own situation, expressing gratitude for what is going well is a positive way to deal with the circumstances. Obviously, LeBron misses basketball and it’s hard to blame after the season he had in Year 17, but he knows that he’s getting a chance to do things that he wouldn’t be able to do otherwise.

LeBron is trying to stay positive, as is the rest of the league when it comes to hoping there is some type of way to salvage the 2020 season and eventually crown a 2020 NBA Champion. After missing the playoffs in 2019 for the first time since 2006, James was primed to show what he could do during his first career appearance in the Western Conference playoffs.

Both James and Lakers president Rob Pelinka, as well as several other players and decision-makers, have also expressed their hopes to keep the possibilities open when it comes to figuring out some way to close out the season, without live fans in attendance.

Zhuri again steals the show in LeBron James Family TikTok dance

LeBron James and his family have been busy on TikTok during the quarantine, dropping another last night with daughter Zhuri leading the way.

During the current NBA hiatus, NBA players have gravitated to several different activities to spend their now seemingly endless time at home. A lot have taken to playing more video games, streaming and playing with other players, going on Instagram Live more often, or joining TikTok. In the case of Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, TikTok is something he’s been involved in for a while now thanks to his kids. Even though James himself says that his kids have him looking like a ‘damn fool’ in the videos, he’s ever the good sport when they recruit him to be in an all-family video.

James and his long beard joined with the family last night, where his daughter Zhuri stole the show on his son Bryce’s TikTok page as they did a dance to Drake’s new TikTok-centric song “Tootsie Slide.”

LeBron’s own statements about the TikTok’s have also been fodder for some good jokes.

LeBron James hits Lakers practice facility with sons Bronny and Bryce

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James finally got back in the gym and got some shots up with his sons on Saturday afternoon.

As the world adjusts to flatten the curve of the spread of coronavirus by engaging in social distancing practices, the Los Angeles Lakers already told their players earlier in the week that working out together would not be an option for their players. They would have to schedule 1-on-1 sessions in which they would not interact with other players as the NBA and basically every other team sports league in North America attempts to slow the spread of coronavirus.

On Saturday, LeBron James shared scenes from one of those individual workouts but he brought his two sons Bryce Maximus and Bronny to get out of the house with him as Bronny’s CIF State Championship game scheduled for Saturday was canceled.

Over the past few days, James has shared scenes from his home as he spends more time with his family while the NBA and basically every other North American sport has suspended or canceled operations. From helping his sons do TikTok videos to bringing them to the gym, James is clearly maximizing his time at home.

LeBron, wife Savannah and kids unleash full James family TikTok dance

The Los Angeles Lakers star didn’t look like he was at all stressing over Friday night’s big game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

By the looks of the various social media feeds of LeBron James and his family, LeBron James was not at all stressed about Friday night’s game against the league-leading Milwaukee Bucks and reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. Rather than stressing himself with extra film work or other things, LeBron decided to let loose with his wife and kids last night at his Los Angeles home. James, his wife and his daughter Zhuri also made their first appearance in the TikTok dance videos that his two sons Bronny and Bryce have been putting up lately.

Yes, Bronny and Bryce got the entire family to do a dance together and it was predictably cute as hell.

Perhaps if LeBron comes out and has a big game in a Lakers win, the family TikToks may become a more regular occurrence.

LeBron James shares TikTok video of sons dancing together

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James was hyped after seeing his sons Bronny and Bryce come together for an epic TikTok dance routine.

Bronny James, LeBron’s oldest son, has a huge game coming up this weekend against Mater Dei as Sierra Canyon looks to win their third consecutive CIF Open Division state championship, but the latest Instagram post about LeBron’s sons isn’t about basketball at all, but rather a great video where his two sons, Bronny and Bryce Maximus, were vibing together for a TikTok dance.

LeBron James shared a video of Bronny and Bryce Maximus doing a tandem dance together for TikTok to his millions of Instagram followers on Thursday morning. He shared it with the caption “mood” as his sons broke it down together. Bryce is very active on TikTok and James has already shared many of his videos.

LeBron is getting a night off from playing for the Lakers as he is nursing what the team is deeming a sore groin. The Lakers have two more games left after tonight on their road trip, with two games in Memphis and New Orleans to close out the weekend.
