Four-star linebacker lists Arkansas in his top four

Brian Huff, four-star linebacker from Jonesboro, Arkansas, has announced his final four schools, and the Hogs made the list.

Brian Huff, four-star linebacker from Jonesboro, Arkansas, has announced his final four schools, and the Razorbacks made the list.

Huff announced his top four schools with a Twitter post, including Missouri, UCF, and UNLV.

Huff, a standout linebacker at 6-4 and 225 pounds, is highly sought after and is considered one of Arkansas’ top recruits. In total, he has received 13 offers.

Two weeks ago, Huff took an official visit to Fayetteville and had a positive experience. During his visit, Huff had the opportunity to meet with defensive coordinator and linebacker coach Travis Williams.

“It was great,” Huff said about the visit. “The visit overall has been great. First SEC visit, so I was excited to get to see everything. I got to sit down and talk to coach (Williams) about where I’m going to play, where they’re going to use me, and how they’re going to use me.”

The Hogs are not the clear-cut favorite and will have to work harder, with rival Missouri being a prime contender. Based on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM), the Tigers currently hold a 90.8% chance of landing Huff.

A couple more Notre Dame offers went out today, find out who was offered

The Irish staff has been busy

Once again I feel like a broken record, [autotag]Notre Dame Football[/autotag] offered another prospect. Actually they offered two others aside from Texas linebacker Justin Williams who we reported about earlier today.

There is so much positive energy surrounding the program and recruiting, it’s starting to get infectious.Head coach [autotag]Marcus Freeman[/autotag] has everything moving in the right direction and it’s showing with recruits.

A lot of the offers going out right now aren’t just ones where the Irish don’t have a chance with the recruit, they have legit interest between both parties. Find out below which two other players were offered scholarships to play their football in South Bend.

2024 Linebacker Brian Huff earns an offer from Oklahoma

Oklahoma offers the No. 2 player in Arkansas in 2024, LB Brian Huff.

With Oklahoma’s impending departure to the SEC officially on tap next summer, Oklahoma will have to reevaluate how they do things as a program. Recruiting is a program’s lifeblood, and they must continuously find ways to be at the forefront of it if they want to be a relevant program. That will be magnified as they head to the SEC following this final Big 12 season.

One way Oklahoma can do that is by tapping into places and states they haven’t recruited heavily, like Arkansas.

That’s what the Sooners seemed to be aiming for as they made the trip over eastern border to offer 2024 linebacker Brian Huff.

Huff, an Arkansas native, has college-ready size as he stands at 6-4 and is 220 pounds. Huff is a priority to the Arkansas Razorbacks, and the Sooners will have no easy fight trying to pull him from his home state.

Notre Dame is high on Huff and figures to be prominent. Huff totaled 92 tackles, seven for loss, two sacks, three hurries, two pass breakups, three fumble recoveries, and a forced fumble in his junior season. He even dabbled at middle linebacker because his team didn’t have adequate personnel to man that spot.
