2026 4-star WR out of Douglasville (GA) will visit Texas A&M this month

Texas A&M will host another top wide receiver from the 2026 cycle this month

Texas A&M’s 2024 season opener is just 11 days away. The Mike Elko era will kick off by hosting Notre Dame on Saturday, August 31. However, as we all know, recruiting never stops, as the program will host a couple of intriguing wide receiver prospects out of the 2026 cycle.

On Monday, two Aggie recruiting insiders revealed that after speaking with 4-star WR Brayden Robinson and now 4-star WR Aaron Gregory, they will visit College Station on August 31. They will both attend the season opener, taking in the sights and sounds of a packed Kyle Field.

While Robinson represents more speed and versatility, Gregory, who stands at 6-3 and 170 pounds, is more of a possession receiver with impressive hands and a large catch radius. He also excelled on defense during his 2022 freshman season.

So far, Gregory has received nearly 50 offers, while nearly every SEC powerhouse, including Alabama, knows that getting in the door early is vital. So far, Texas A&M’s 2026 recruiting class has only two commits, but like the Aggies’ 2025 cycle, trust Mike Elko and his staff to build momentum in the coming months.

According to 247Sports Composite, Gregory is currently ranked 34th in the 2026 cycle, 5th in wide receiver prospect, and 7th ranked prospect in Georgia.

2026 4-star WR out of Red Oak (TX) will visit Texas A&M this month

Texas A&M will host rising 2026 WR Brayden Robinson this month

Texas A&M’s 2024 season opener is just 11 days away. The Mike Elko era will kick off by hosting Notre Dame on Saturday, August 31.

While the focus will shift to the season at hand, the Aggies’ 2026 recruiting cycle has a chance to grow this month. Several visitors are making their way to College Station this month, including versatile 4-star wide receiver Brayden Robinson.

Out of Red Oak HS, Robinson is a teammate of 2025 4-star WR and current Baylor commit Taz Williams, who was a previous favorite to land with Texas A&M before the Bears swooped in late. Compared to Williams, who is more of a possession receiver, Robinson’s speed and position versatility have led to nearly 40 offers thus far.

Robinson’s production has only increased yearly during his last two seasons. The incoming junior prospect has recorded 77 receptions, 1,175 yards, and 18 touchdowns during his freshman and sophomore seasons.

According to Texas A&M recruiting insider Jaxson Callaway, Robinson will visit Texas A&M and attend the 2024 opener vs. Notre Dame, returning to campus for the first time since his camp visit in January.

According to 247Sports, Robinson is currently positioned as the 183rd-ranked prospect in the 2026 class, the 33rd-ranked wide receiver prospect, and the 26th-ranked prospect in Texas.

Wisconsin football offers top class of 2026 wide receiver

Wisconsin football offers top class of 2026 WR

Wisconsin football extended an offer to four-star class of 2026 WR Brayden Robinson on Friday.

Both 247sports’ composite ranking and On3’s industry ranking have Robinson as a four-star recruit. The Red Oak, Texas native already holds offers from a staggering 33 schools including Texas, Texas A&M, Tennessee, South Carolina, Pittsburgh, Penn State, Oregon, Ole Miss, Michigan, Notre Dame, Auburn and Baylor.

On3’s industry ranking has Robinson as the No. 30 wide receiver in the class of 2026, No. 26 recruit from Texas and No. 195 overall player in the class. He currently stands at 5’8,’’ 160 pounds and represents Red Oak High School in Texas.

His first gridiron offer arrived from Incarnate Word back in January 2022. In April and May 2023 alone, Robinson received 14 of his 33 offers.

On3’s recruiting prediction machine has the in-state Texas Longhorns as Robinson’s most likely landing spot. 247Sports has yet to release a crystal ball prediction, but in-state programs SMU and Texas A&M are likely suitors as well.

Given Texas’ long-standing history of producing great collegiate prospects, Robinson’s stature as the No. 26 recruit in his home state is noteworthy. With a sub 10.5-second 100-meter dash, Wisconsin will certainly have to compete with some of the nation’s best during his recruiting cycle.
