Georgia football play of the day: Georgia vs Michigan State (2013)

Watch the Georgia football play of the day here.

It’s Tuesday, August 25 and today’s play of the day comes from Georgia versus Michigan State in their match up in the 2013 Outback Bowl.

No. 16 Georgia took on No. 17 Michigan State in a quarterback battle between the Bulldog’s Aaron Murray and the Spartans’ Kirk Cousins – both future NFL signal callers.

Georgia led 9-0 with two minutes remaining in the second quarter as Michigan State was set to punt.

Watch what happened next:

Boykin was fun to watch!

I’m not sure what happened during halftime, but the same teams that went to the locker rooms didn’t come back out for the second half.

Michigan State would defeat Georgia in triple overtime 33-30, featuring a few missed Georgia field goals.
