Notre Dame football freshman gives back to the South Bend community

What an awesome partnership

Notre Dame football just doesn’t recruit elite athletes, it recruits elite human beings.

Irish freshman linebacker [autotag]Teddy Rezac[/autotag] fits that mold, as the 6-foot, 3-inch and 200-pound Nebraska native is going through his first season in South Bend. While the focus is on football, there are clearly other things on his mind.

One of them is giving back to the local community, as Rezac went to social media on Monday evening and announced that he is partnering with the [autotag]Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County[/autotag]. He will be supplying a pair of tickets to each home game this season.

Not only are the Irish and Rezac winning on the field, they’re winning off the field as well.
