San Francisco cornerback Richard Sherman called out the NFL with a touch of humor on Thursday after learning he was “randomly” selected for both a PED test and a blood test two weeks in a row.
The outspoken corner sent a pair of telling tweets from Miami, the site of Super Bowl LIV, as he and the 49ers get ready to face the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday:
So a Random PED and Blood test two weeks in a row?! I gotta go play the lottery I must be the most lucky man in the world.

I wonder how many other player have to get blood taken before the Super Bowl. Probably a very exclusive fraternity

Sherman is still at the top of his game at 31 years old, making the NFL’s 2019 All-Pro team and receiving another Pro Bowl nod just a few weeks ago. He’s logged five interceptions this season, including one in both of the Niners’ playoff games leading up to Super Bowl Sunday.
