Bengals inactive players vs. San Francisco 49ers in Week 8

Bengals announce inactives for Week 8 vs. 49ers.

The inactives list for the Cincinnati Bengals against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 8 will look pretty familiar to fans.

There, linebacker Akeem Davis-Gaither continues to lead the way as he comes back from a knee injury:

  • LB Akeem Davis-Gaither
  • DJ Ivey
  • Trey Hill
  • Jackson Carman

Notable is offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr.’s absence from the list, as he’ll get the start today after recovering faster than the team anticipated.

Keep in mind the team shifted rookie running back Chase Brown to injured reserve on Saturday in response to his hamstring injury suffered last Thursday, otherwise, he would have been here.

Seahawks Week 6 inactives: Who’s out against the Bengals?

Both teams have released their inactives lists for today’s game.

The Seattle Seahawks and the Cincinnati Bengals will be kicking off from Paycor Stadium in about an hour and a half. Both teams have released their inactives lists for today’s game.

Here’s who’s sitting out today on both sides.

Seahawks inactives

  • LB Devin Bush
  • CB Artie Burns
  • OT McClendon Curtis
  • LG Damien Lewis
  • OT Raiqwon O’Neal

The big news on this side is that left tackle Charles Cross is returning to the lineup after missing the team’s last three games due to turf toe. Hence, you see two OTs on the inactives list. Right tackle Abe Lucas remains on IR.

Meanwhile, at left guard the arrangement two weeks ago when Damien Lewis went down was sliding Evan Brown over and putting rookie Olu Oluwatimi at center. Both played well against a loaded Giants interior, so we’ll assume that will continue.

Bengals inactives

  • LB Akeem Davis-Gaither
  • LB Devin Harper
  • C Trey Hill
  • OT D’Ante Smith
  • DT Jay Tufele

Bengals inactive players vs. Seattle Seahawks in Week 6

Bengals announce inactives for Week 6 vs. Seahawks.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins will play against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, as referenced by the team’s inactives list.

For the most part, the inactives list falls into the expected category:

  • LB Akeem Davis-Gaither
  • LB Devin Harper
  • OL Trey Hill
  • OL D’Ante Smith
  • DL Jay Tufele

Coaches made it clear this week that Akeem Davis-Gaither would need this week and the bye to get right. Devin Harper, brought over on waivers in response to this, will also miss the game, leaving them light at linebacker.

Cornerback Chidobe Awuzie is a go as well after being listed as questionable, though rookie DJ Turner could still get a healthy number of snaps.
