You can add yet another name to the impressive list of visitors that will be in South Bend this coming weekend. Today on Twitter, Florida 2024 edge rusher Joshua Lloyd announced that he will be heading up north and making an unofficial visit to Notre Dame.
Although Lloyd just holds two offers, one of them is from the Irish. At six-foot-one-inch and 220-pounds, he’s not the prototypical body type that you look for in an edge rusher. This should be telling as how Marcus Freeman and his staff project Lloyd, as he will most likely continue to add on weight and move to an interior spot on the defensive line.
I will be in South Bend on April 8th!!🍀🟡🟢 #GoIrish @CoachWash56 @NDrecruiting01 @MikeTSinger @SD2Mics @NDFootball @qlambbih @Dillard_DHS @TomLoy247 @ByKyleKelly @mattfreemanISD @ISDUpdate

With the Irish offering early and also getting a visit, it looks like Notre Dame is very much in the mix for a verbal from Lloyd.
