Across the pond, people gathered to celebrate the coronation of King Charles as he officially ascended to the throne. In the midwest, fans of horse racing descended upon Churchill Downs to see who would emerge victorious after the “Fastest Two Minutes in Sports” at the Kentucky Derby.
