Not going blow for blow here, but will note the highlights and who gets the biggest introductions. The Miz is one in that category, but things really explode for LA Knight, as expected. He has to be the favorite to win here, but we’ve been fooled before when it comes to the Megastar. AJ Styles also gets his full intro and a hearty crowd reaction.
Just as the bell rings, MVP interrupts and says the match can’t begin until the man who will win is in it. He means Omos. The giant is on his way down but everyone already in the ring starts brawling.
Omos immediately starts chucking people out, perhaps trying to speed things up as we’re already more than an hour in. The Brawling Brutes are able to team up on him, but that doesn’t last long as he powers his way out.
Imperium eliminates Otis, which the fans are not happy to see. Tommaso Ciampa and Shinsuke Nakamura renew pleasantries, but Bronson Reed is able to overpower them both.
Austin Theory gets a healthy boo, which turns to cheers when he’s dumped out by Santos Escobar, who is in turn thrown out.
There’s still an Omos problem to solve, as he throws out two men at once, including Matt Riddle. Knight makes a run at Omos but is dropped by a big boot. A Styles Phenomenal Forearm staggers the big man for good, though, and a number of wrestlers join forces to finally throw him out.
Knight is thrown over the top rope but skins the cat and eliminates The Miz. Grayson Waller is out next and the numbers are dwindling as Karrion Kross crashes out.
Reed throws out Chad Gable, then has Knight in trouble. But the Megastar prevails while battling from the apron and throws out Big Bronson.
Only Styles, Knight and Sheamus remain. But Kross grabs Styles’ foot on the apron, allowing a Brogue Kick to send him out. Knight drops his elbow on Sheamus but is caught by a knee.
Sheamus is tossed to the apron, then both men end up on the top rope before they crash down. Knight recovers first and eliminates Sheamus to get a very popular win.
