Studs and Duds from the Browns’ 10-7 win over Houston

Who played well for the Browns and who did not

The Cleveland Browns have squeaked out another victory in a slow plodding fashion that resulted in them taking another loss against the spread, but a win is a win. There were a few Browns players who helped make it happen and another couple that almost contributed to their downfall.

Ladies and gentlemen, the Browns studs and duds from the Week 10 win over Houston.

Stud: Myles Garrett

Garrett had another dominant performance as he tallied four tackles and a half of a sack. It is fair to say that he is in the driver’s seat for Defensive Player of the Year now that he leads the NFL in sacks with 9.5. Garrett had more than a few highlights including whipping Laremy Tunsil like a rodeo clown and also a fourth down WWE level stop on Deshaun Watson.

Dud: Jarvis Landry

Landry is now the number one receiver with Odell Beckham out, but Landry failed to make much of a positive impact against the Texans with only three receptions for 29 yards and zero touchdowns. The biggest mistake was the taunting penalty that was called due to him celebrating a 20-yard reception.

Stud: Ronnie Harrison

Harrison has made his impact felt since arriving in Cleveland and led the Browns with six tackles against Houston. This is a franchise that has been plagued by missed tackles but Harrison is one of the surest on the team.

Dud: Mack Wilson

I love Wilson, but his inconsistent play has been one thing and now he is causing dumb penalties. The unnecessary roughness that was called was just insanely bad judgment. I didn’t know if I was watching the NFL or the Dudley Boyz making their WWE comeback.

Studs: Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb
