[autotag]Stewart Friesen[/autotag] has found a new sponsor for this weekend’s NASCAR Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway. On Tuesday morning, Halmar Friesen Racing announced that Chili’s will partner with Friesen and the No. 52 team in the Truck Series race at Texas. This isn’t Chili’s first NASCAR race in 2024 after sponsoring Corey LaJoie in the Daytona 500.
Friesen’s paint scheme features Chili’s entire menu on the truck as the company sold a record number of margaritas following its racing debut earlier in the year. This is a unique look, as not many race teams run a sponsor with its menu as the paint scheme. For Friesen, this is a great opportunity to capitalize on Chili’s love of racing after its debut.

The Halmar Friesen Racing driver has struggled to start the 2024 Truck Serie season. Friesen has a best finish of 14th place at Daytona International Speedway through six races. On non-superspeedway tracks, his best finish is 18th place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Friesen has struggled for a second straight year but the race at Texas is an opportunity to turn it around.
