Brooklyn Nets owners Joe and Clara Tsai joined head coach Steve Nash, general manager Sean Marks and recovering forward Ben Simmons at the premiere of “Unfinished Business.”
Unfinished Business is a documentary about the establishment of the WNBA as a league and the 2021 New York Liberty playing for acceptance and respect. The story intertwines the early obstacles for the league such as homophobia and sexism and it’s strengthened legacy today.
The Tsais also own the New York Liberty, which they acquired in 2019. The Liberty share Barclay’s Center with the Brooklyn Nets team as many players support the opposing team.
Head coach Steve Nash joined the Tsais at the film premiere alongside soon-to-be healthy forward Ben Simmons. Simmons is recovering from his back surgery, currently going through rehab, making his time table for return ahead of schedule.
