After coming in seventh in the 2019 American Century Championship, Stephen Curry will take another crack at the celebrity golf tournament in 2020. The decorated Golden State Warriors’ guard turned golfer will set off against a stiff field of competition this weekend at Edgewood Resort in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
Curry will compete with a star-powered list of actors, comedians and athletes from across the sports world. Representing football, current Pro Bowl-caliber players and Hall of Famers like Jerry Rice, Steve Young, Larry Fitzgerald and Charles Woodson will hit the course. Former big-league pitchers John Smoltz, Greg Maddux and Mark Mulder are set to turn in their baseballs for golf clubs in Tahoe.
Reigning Super Bowl champion and 2019 NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes will make his ACC tournament in a grouping with Charles Barkley and Travis Kelce.
For Curry, the Golden State point guard will be grouped with his father Dell and the Green Bay Packers storied signal-caller Aaron Rodgers. The pairing is set to tee off at 12:05 PT on Friday.

According to William Hill Sports Book, Curry is a 12-1 favorite to win the event. However, the six-time NBA All-Star will have to find a way to slow down back-to-back tournament champion and former Dallas Cowboys’ passer Tony Romo.
