Welcome to Episode One of Season Four of the Steelers Wire podcast.
This week’s episode is once again hosted by Ryan O’Leary (@RyanOLearySMG on Twitter/X), and is once again joined by Steelers Wire Managing Editor Curt Popejoy (@CurtPopejoySW on Twitter/X)
Everything from the latest info on the team to fantasy football advice will be covered, along with some opinions on the betting lines, all with a focus on the Steelers.
This week Ryan and Curt review the wild offseason of the Pittsburgh Steelers. They wonder if all the hype surrounding this roster is real and can this group contend. Curt notes that he believes every positional unit on the team was improved over the offseason save for the safeties.
Then the guys take a look at this week’s game between Steelers and the San Francisco 49ers. The Niners just got star edge rusher Nick Bosa back after he became the highest-paid edge rusher which reminded us of how this went for the Steelers with T.J. Watt when he was holding in and then came out and played like he never missed a beat.
