The Pittsburgh Steelers signed two more players, running back Trey Edmunds and tackle Jarron Jones, to futures contracts on Friday. The two join the 13 players signed on Thursday.
Edmunds, who was cut on Tuesday, cleared waivers and returned to Pittsburgh, where he’s appeared in 19 games.
Jones was one of several former XFL players signed by the Steelers in the offseason. He spent most of the season on the practice squad, often protected, before being placed on the practice squad/injured list in December.
