Steelers sack master T.J. Watt exited Sunday’s game in the third quarter after sustaining injuries to his hip and knee.
Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Watt will undergo an MRI today but is expected to miss some time.
“We’ll see if he has to miss multiple weeks or whether or not the Steelers put him on injured reserve. It doesn’t seem like it’s season-ending,” Rapoport said on Good Morning Football.
T.J. Watt, second in the NFL with 12.5 sacks, is considered week-to-week.
From @GMFB: After discussing the knee injury for #Browns QB Baker Mayfield, we delved into #Steelers star pass-rusher TJ Watt, who is week-to-week with hip and knee ailments. He’ll have more tests today, but the sack master is expected to miss some time. pic.twitter.com/nzc1akxU9o
