Wisconsin’s defense has produced a number of the NFL’s best in recent years, including Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Joe Schobert. The former Wisconsin preferred walk-on was one of two Badgers in the NFL to have at least 110 tackles this season. T.J. Edwards of the Eagles also accomplished that feat.
In fact, this was the fifth-straight season where Schobert racked up at least 100 tackles. He has done it across three different teams, as he was with the Browns from 2017-19, the Jaguars in 2020, and now the Steelers in 2021.
Schobert is one of just four NFL players to have at least 100 tackles in each of the last five seasons:
