The Pittsburgh Steelers play their first game of the 2021 NFL regular season in just four days. Instead of talking about the upcoming game with the Buffalo Bills, instead players like quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and defensive tackle Cam Heyward have to lead off in their interviews talking about the contract stalemate between the team and star outside linebacker T.J. Watt.

We already heard Roethlisberger say the team should pay Watt whatever he wants when he spoke to the media on Wednesday and now Heyward echoed that sentiment.

Watt returned to practice with the team on Wednesday despite not having his new contract extension and it is assumed he will still play on Sunday, contract or not.
