With a season-high 38 points, Klay Thompson fueled the Warriors’ blowout win over the Bucks. Here’s a look at the stats and highlights.

In his last seven games, Klay Thompson only tallied 20 points in one contest for the Golden State Warriors. However, in a primetime battle against the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks, the Warriors shooting guard took over.

On the way to an impressive performance against the Bucks, Thompson fueled a blowout victory on Saturday night. The five-time All-Star notched a season-high 38 points on 15-of-24 shooting from the field with six rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block in 33 minutes.

Thompson heated up from beyond the arc, drilling a season-best eight triples on 14 attempts from beyond the arc.

Saturday’s win over the Bucks marked the season time Thompson’s scored over 30 points since his return to the court. His previous season-high was 33 points against the Los Angeles Lakers.
