Stashed Boston Celtics guard Yam Madar goes off for 18 points vs. Romanian National Team

Madar showed how his game has been growing abroad with a standout performance in an exhibition played against the Romanian national team.

Stashed Boston Celtics floor general Yam Madar skipped out on the 2K23 Las Vegas Summer League to focus on preparing for a major role with his Serbian league team Partizan NIS, and to play a major role for his Israeli National Team in FIBA qualifiers for the Eurobasket competition this fall.

Earlier this week, Madar showed how his game has been growing abroad with a standout performance in an exhibition played against the Romanian national team, with the Beit Dagan native putting up a total of 18 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and as many steals for good measure in the friendly.

If you want to get up to speed on what the Celtics’ No. 47 pick of the 2020 NBA draft has been up to of late, or just want to see how he did in Eurobasket exhibition play, take a look at the clip embedded below, courtesy of the Bllen YouTube channel.
