For superstar Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum, running into perennial G.O.A.T. candidate and head of Nike’s Jordan Brand Michael Jordan is just a part of his NBA ecosystem these days.
But before he was an NBA star in his own right or a member of the Jordan Brand team, a younger Tatum was so nervous meeting MJ for the first time that he actually spilled a glass of wine while trying to shake the legend’s hand.
The current-day Celtics star retold the tale of his infamous introduction to the most recognizable name in the game on a recent episode of the “In Depth with Graham Bensinger” show, from which a host of interesting stories have been emerging in recent days.
