After two long weeks off the Irish finally see the light at the end of the tunnel by the way of Florida State. FSU head coach Mike Norvell has seen a rocky first season so far, he’s contracted COVID-19 and has struggled out of the gate to a 1-2 record. There’s always talent on the Seminole roster, Josh Kaindoh and Marvin Wilson are quite the pair on the defensive line, but as a whole, they’re just not there yet. Brian Kelly has Notre Dame as prepared as possible, but they have to shake off some rust and will be slow out the gates. It’s closer than expected in the first half before the Irish take over in the second.
