San Antonio Spurs rookie Devin Vassell is expected to play on Friday versus the Orlando Magic after missing the past six games due to health and safety protocols.
Vassell, who last played on Feb. 14, was removed from the team injury report on Friday and will likely be available to play versus the Magic. The team was recently hit with a coronavirus outbreak as multiple players tested positive prior to the All-Star break with Vassell among them.
The 11th overall pick is seemingly healthy once again and ready to return. He has worked diligently in practice to get his conditioning levels back up to speed and appears to be ready to go now. He appeared to confirm the news of his return on social media.
Gameday!!!

The Spurs appear to be finally healthy again after seeing several players miss time due to issues regarding the coronavirus. The team is right in the thick of the playoff race and returning to full strength will be key in sticking around over the course of the next few months.
