[autotag]Spire Motorsports[/autotag] entered the 2023 NASCAR Truck Series season looking to improve upon their debut year, and they accomplished just that. Kyle Larson took the No. 7 truck to victory lane at North Wilkesboro Speedway and won Spire Motorsports’ second race in the Truck Series. It means the organization has won in both years of Truck Series competition.
Meanwhile, Layne Riggs helped secure Spire Motorsports’ most top-5 finishes in a season by ending up in third place at Lucas Oil Raceway. Several other drivers, such as Marco Andretti, Corey LaJoie, and Carson Kvapil, failed to earn top-10 finishes. Overall, it was a pretty successful season for the organization.

In 2024, Spire Motorsports will expand its operations after purchasing Kyle Busch Motorsports. The organization will have Chase Purdy as a full-time driver while second and third trucks are expected to be in use. Purdy showed promise near the end of 2023, and combined with the other drivers, Spire Motorsports could compete for a championship in 2024.
