Michigan State has extended a scholarship offer to an in-state target in the 2026 class that’s getting a ton of attention on the recruiting trail.
AJ Marks of Orchard Lake, Mich. announced on Tuesday that he’s received a scholarship offer from the Spartans. Marks plays for Orchard Lake St. Mary’s and is listed at 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds.
Marks has yet to be ranked in the 2026 class on 247Sports, but will surely eventually be listed as a top target in the state based on the number of schools already expressing interest in his talents. According to 247Sports, he now holds offers from more than 10 programs, including Michigan State, Penn State, Louisville, West Virginia, Pitt, Central Michigan and Marshall.
