The top prospect at the 2020 Senior Bowl is bowing out of the rest of the week due to injury.
South Carolina defensive lineman Javon Kinlaw will miss the rest of the week’s activities due to tendinitis in his right knee, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero:
After a dominant two days, South Carolina DT Javon Kinlaw is done for the week at the Senior Bowl, sources say. He’s been dealing with a little tendinitis in one of his knees. Just being smart with a first-round talent.

After a dominant performance over the first two days of practice, this is a smart cautionary move for Kinlaw, who solidified his status as a top-15 prospect in the 2020 NFL draft class.
Kinlaw came into the week as the top prospect in Mobile, and all he did was back that up against some worthy competition.
