North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye will be one of the first players selected in the 2024 NFL draft next April, as he is one of the top prospects in all of college football.
Maye played in what will very likely be the final home game of his career on Saturday night, helping the Tar Hels take down Duke in double overtime. It was a back-and-forth game at the end, despite UNC leading by two scores multiple times. Maye ended up finishing the game with 342 passing yards, a touchdown, an interception and a rushing touchdown.
He also led a go-head drive and a game-tying drive near the end before wining it in overtime.
