The second-seeded Celtics advanced with a game No. 7, 109-81, victory over defending NBA champion Milwaukee at TD Garden in Boston.
The Celtics will play Miami in the Eastern Conference finals.
In game No. 7 versus the Bucks, Williams made his fourth consecutive postseason start and scored a game-high 27 points. He also totaled six rebounds and two blocks. The former Vol was 10-for-22 from the field and 7-for-18 from beyond the 3-point arc in 39 minutes.
