Philadelphia 76ers rookie Matisse Thybulle continues to kill it with the YouTube channel that he started inside the bubble in Orlando. It started with an idea to record everything that was going on inside a historic moment as the NBA continued on in unprecedented times.
Now that the Sixers are done, the now second-year player decided to keep his vlog going with an idea called “The Off-Season”. It started with a trip to Arizona to see his family and on Tuesday, it continued with an amazing message from the 23-year old.
It started with some hijinks with some friends from his childhood to provide some laughs, but then it took a serious turn. He decided to change up the video with an important message. He spoke to a 26-year old kid who was once homeless and he gave Thybulle an important message about spreading love and positivity. So he decided to share that story hoping to resonate with everybody rather than just entertaining people for only 5-10 minutes as a little distraction from the world.
It then ended with Thybulle asking if everyone was registered to vote and a message to arrest the killers of Breonna Taylor in Kentucky. The ruling of that case is still something that is on the mind of everybody.
It is impressive that a man at such a young age like Thybulle is putting out these videos and spreading positivity in a world that really needs it at the moment. [lawrence-related id=37993,37990,37987]
