Sixers highlights: Tobias Harris stuffs the stat sheet in win over Raptors

Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris stuffed the box score against the Toronto Raptors.

The Philadelphia 76ers were in need of somebody who can put the ball in the basket as their superstar big man was struggling out on the floor. Joel Embiid shot just 3-for-13 in Tuesday’s matchup with the Toronto Raptors and they needed somebody else to step up.

That man turned out to be Tobias Harris who took it upon himself to give the team a boost offensively. He scored 23 points on 8-for-12 shooting while knocking down three of his four attempts from deep. On top of that, he also pulled down seven rebounds and he dished out five assists. It was a solid performance all around for him after his All-star snub.

This continues a strong string of games for Harris. He is beginning to really show off other parts of his game such as showing off an ability to distribute the ball and get his teammates involved. He is averaging 4.8 assists over his previous 10 games.

Harris may not be going to the All-Star game during a career season, but he now has an opportunity to use this as fuel and motivation for him to keep going and help the Sixers reach their goals.
