Sixers guards Tyler Johnson, Myles Powell enter protocols, out vs. Nets

The Philadelphia 76ers will also be without Tyler Johnson and Myles Powell against the Brooklyn Nets.

The Philadelphia 76ers will be dealing with a lot as they get set to take on the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday at the Barclays Center. They already knew that Danny Green would be out and Shake Milton would be questionable due to the health and safety protocols, but then they found out coach Doc Rivers would be out as well.

On top of that, two more Sixers will enter the protocols with Tyler Johnson and Myles Powell now entering the protocols and they will both be out against the Nets. With Green out and Milton questionable, it would have been nice for the Sixers to have Johnson to lean on off their bench.

Philadelphia did have some good COVID news when they found out that Andre Drummond had cleared the protocols and he would return to the lineup on Thursday. He practiced with the team on Wednesday so despite Johnson and Powell being out, the Sixers can still field the required eight players for this matchup.
