The Philadelphia 76ers are continuing to work through all of their COVID-19 protocols issues as they will enter Tuesday’s contest with the Utah Jazz still missing Joel Embiid and Matisse Thybulle as they have been in the league’s health and safety protocols for a bit.
Embiid has missed four games thus far, Tuesday will be his fifth straight game missed, and Thybulle has missed five games with Tuesday’s contest set to be his sixth straight game missed. Philadelphia has been missing the two defensive studs out on the floor as their defense has taken a tumble a bit without them.
Before Tuesday’s contest with the Jazz, coach Doc Rivers gave an update on both Embiid and Thybulle as it appears that their status remains up in the air. The team is figuring out a date for Thybulle while Embiid needs to produce two negative tests in order for his return.
